The Chef

Executive Chef Philippe Morisson is originally from Britany (North West of France) but opened his first restaurant in Marseille after several years in the F&B business.

His passion and his skills are not the main qualities he gets, he is also a smiling chef who loves to share good time with his customers.

Just know that Philippe is a hard worker, always uncompromising with the quality of his raw products but very generous in the plate.

As Philippe loves to move around, he can easely come to your home for a delicious BBQ or catering dinner, feel free to contact him any time!

Moreover, even if Philippe is French, he is unlike arrogant French people you might know (or hear about) as he cooks the way YOU want (even if he thinks eating a tenderloin steak well done is a pity..)

We have two floors + one terrace at CUBE

• The terrace can welcome 30 guests (when the weather allows it..)
• The main floor welcomes 20 seating guests, + 10 at the bar and 6 on the sofa
• The 2nd floor  (CUBE²) provides 3 rooms: 2 with sofas (8 guests each) and one big room for a dinner of 10 peoples. Moreover, the main room can welcome up to 70 people for cocktail or parties or standing dinners

Know as well that we would be pleased to cook for you a taylor made dinner if you tell us 3 days in advance!
